Executive Chef,

Aaron Chavez

Aaron is a masterful chef, having trained with world-famous chefs across the U.S. for more than 16 years. He specializes in Southern cuisine with a fine dining twist. Aaron is known for preparing unbelievable game dishes, fusing fresh ingredients to create a masterpiece exclusive to Champion Ranch guests. We welcome requests and are happy to oblige any dietary restrictions you may have.

The Bars

The Main Bar

Sit back and relax with a speciality cocktail at our Main Bar in the Trophy Room. This area seats 20 people and is the perfect space to watch your game of choice while sipping on your favorite beverage.

The Monkey Bar

Serving the entire upstairs area of the Trophy Room, this walk up bar can seat up to 4 people. The Monkey Bar services the casino, cigar room, conference room and the main stage area. With its playful decor, you’ll find inspiration for your next adventure.
